Sweet Memories is an upscale, full service dessert bakery specializing in custom wedding and grooms cakes, decadent cupcakes, whimsical cookies, special occasion dessert cakes and various confections. We are located in beautiful Apex, NC (about 15 minutes from Raleigh and 25 minutes from Durham).

We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and craftsmanship, no matter the size or complexity of an order. All of our products are made fresh on site, from the highest quality ingredients. We only use the freshest eggs, butter, heavy cream, European chocolates and fresh fruits.

Nationally recognized, our unique cake designs have been featured in a variety of prominent publications, television shows, films and commercials. In 2010, we appeared on the Food Network Challenge "Giant Wedding Cakes." Since 1998, we have created masterpieces in cake for over 100,000 events!
